	Scott Lundstrom Vice President of Research As Research Vice President, Scott Lundstrom is responsible for managing Health Industry Insights research-based advisory and consulting offerings, which provide full coverage of the health care industry value chain, including payer, provider and life science segments. Lundstrom's experience has given him a thorough understanding of market dynamics, business strategies and processes, and technology solutions. Lundstrom is a regular speaker on the future of information technology in business, healthcare, life sciences, supply chain management, manufacturing, and compliance. He is also a source for the media on health care and life science issues and is often quoted by major publications such as USA Today, Investor's Business Daily, The Boston Globe and BusinessWeek.
	Janice W. Young Program Director, Payer IT Strategies As Program Director of Health Industry Insights' Payer IT Strategies program, Janice Young is charged with identifying the key emerging trends and technologies impacting payer business success and IT portfolio management today. A renown industry veteran with extensive research experience, Young is dedicated to helping healthcare stakeholders establish strong strategic, business and operational plans supported by integrated and aligned IT strategies. Her research focuses on solutions to improve market positioning, product development and execution, operational efficiencies, customer satisfaction, quality of care and care outcomes. Specific hot topics include as future healthcare business and IT scenarios, consumer directed health plans (CDHP), and outsourcing trends and directions, advanced analytics and pay for performance. Young holds both a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree and a Master of Health Sciences, Health Finance and Management from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.
	Lynne A. Dunbrack Program Director, Provider/Health Payer Research Lynne Dunbrack is a nationally recognized thought leader in the application of information technology (IT) to the business problems of the health industry. Her understanding of industry needs is grounded in experience over the last 25 years working as a consultant and in the healthcare field. Dunbrack is a frequent contributor to industry publications such as Health Affairs, Managed Care Quarterly, Healthcare Review, Health Plan, and Healthcare Management Technology, and has been quoted by national media outlets like The Wall Street Journal, Investor's Business Daily, Business Week, and San Jose Business Journal. She also speaks regularly at industry conferences. Dunbrack holds a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross, and an MBA with a concentration in healthcare management and MSMIS from Boston University's Graduate School of Management.
	Judy Hanover Research Manager Judy Hanover provides research, market analysis and consulting on healthcare information technology, strategy and best practices for both the inpatient and ambulatory healthcare settings at Health Industry Insights. Her understanding of healthcare information technology is based on her experience working in the healthcare provider and payer vendor community, as well as her experience with healthcare IT end users. Ms. Hanover holds a BA in Chemistry from Harvard University, as well as an MBA, with concentration in Marketing, and an MS in Information Systems, from Boston University.
